The Golfbreaks Store is operated by Golfbreaks Limited (“Golfbreaks”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with registered office at Minton Place, Victoria Street, Windsor, SL4 1EG.

These terms apply when you purchase products from the Golfbreaks Store.

1. Using the Golfbreaks Store

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:
- You are aged 18 or over
- The information you provide is accurate
- You agree to these Terms & Conditions

2. Discount codes

From time to time, we may offer discount codes to customers.
- Codes may be subject to eligibility checks
- Codes are usually single-use and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred

We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel codes if they are used incorrectly.

3. Orders and contract

All orders are subject to availability.
- A contract is only formed when your order has been accepted and dispatched
- If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where appropriate.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

5. Delivery

We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders are delivered via third-party courier services.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk passes to you once the product has been delivered.

6. Products and suppliers

Products are supplied by trusted third-party partners (such as OGIO). Product descriptions and images are provided by these partners.

7. Returns and refunds

If you would like to return an item, send it to:

- Notify us within 14 days of delivery
- Return within a further 14 days
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- You pay return delivery unless item is faulty

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.

8. Faulty or damaged goods

If your item is faulty:
- You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund
- We will cover return delivery costs

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the purchase price.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
