How do I get a discount code?
If you have been invited and joined a Golfbreaks booking, you can access your discount code by logging into your Golfbreaks customer portal or the Golfbreaks app.
Where do I find my code?
Once logged in, your discount code will be displayed within your booking details.
Can I use more than one discount code?
No. Only one code is issued to each customer, for each booking they have joined. Each can only be used once.
My discount code isn’t working — what should I do?
Check you are logged into the correct account, the code is entered correctly, and hasn’t already been used. If not, contact us.
I need to cancel my order
Contact us before the items are dispatched at store@golfbreaks.com
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to mainland UK addresses.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 working days. Delivery is tracked and a tracking number ID provided on dispatch.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, a tracking number is provided after dispatch.
I've ordered to the wrong address

Who supplies the products?
We work with trusted Golfbreaks partners, such as OGIO.
Is there a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties apply. Please check their websites for relevant information on the products you have purchased.
My item is faulty
If your item is faulty on delivery, we can offer a repair, replacement or refund, and cover the return delivery costs. Contact us at store@golfbreaks.com to discuss your situation and options.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, providing that you:
- Notify us within 14 days
- Return within a further 14 days
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
